Place your order and payment before 12:00pm noon (PST), Sunday-Thursday, to have it sent out for shipping the very next day!

*Please note the payment must be processed manually by one of our accounts team before 12pm (PST) to have to have your order successfully moved into processing and shipped out the next day.

Three pro tips to make sure your order ships on time:

  1. It can take the Interac system up to three hours to direct your payment to us, so make sure to pay early to ensure that your payment is processed before noon!

  2. Want your order shipped on Monday? Place your order and make payment anytime between after 12 pm PST noon on Thursday until 12 pm PST noon Sunday. 

  3. Canada Post operates Monday - Friday only, so we will not be shipping packages on the weekend. Feel free however, to place orders, make payments, and check the status of your order any time through your online account.

*Please allow up to three hours for the Interac e-Transfer to deliver your funds to our payment system. Please note that an agent must manually process your payment before noon in order for your order to ship the next business day.  

Missed the 12:00pm Deadline? No Problem!
Orders paid for after 12:00pm will ship out on the second business day.
Example: If your payment is processed at 1:00pm on Monday, your package will ship on Wednesday.
