If you do not receive your package two business days after the expected arrival date, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will file a trace with Canada Post. 

If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation which can take up to two weeks to complete. If Canada Post is unable to locate your package within 3 business days of an investigation being launched, we will offer you a one-time replacement free of charge, or, you may choose to receive a credit to your account in Cargo Points (equal to the dollar value of your missing package).
