If you do not receive your package up to two business days after the expected arrival date, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will file a trace with Canada Post. After a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation that can take up to two weeks to complete.
If Canada Post is unable to locate your package, we will offer you a one-time replacement free of charge, or you may choose to receive a credit to your account in Cargo Points (equal to the dollar value of your missing package).
